This summer ngSTUDENTS will go on
retreat at the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Trip dates: July 5 - July 9
Trip price: $300*
(for the all-inclusive 4-night stay -including food and transportation)
Registration by clicking the link below or using the Church Center app. An initial payment of $25 (online or check only) is due when you sign up to hold your spot.

Payment Schedule:
$125 due on April 28th
$150 due on May 26th

Fundraising is encouraged but optional -if you prefer to pay for your whole trip at once, you can do that -or pay the two smaller amounts on the dates listed above. Payments should be made using the Church Center app. Failure to pay will result in the loss of your spot.
The price is the same for anyone who attends as a student or chaperone.
Each traveler will be limited to one carry-on size suitcase due to limited space.
CHAPERONES
The following training dates are required for chaperones to attend:
May 23rd at newgrace after 11:30 AM gathering ends in VHQ
June 27th at newgrace after 11:30 AM gathering ends in VHQ
SPONSORSHIP
If you want to give money toward or sponsor a student for the summer beach retreat -please mark your check with STUDENT RETREAT in the memo line or notate it on the cash envelope.
FUNDRAISING
Parent’s Night Out
Students will provide childcare for 4 hours. In order to benefit from the fundraising, students must participate and work both events.
Dinner will be provided. Activity Stations will be manned by students -with different crafts, games, a movie, popcorn, etc.
$20 for the first child $5 each additional 5th grade and younger.
